Please take a photo of everything you received in the order and attach it to the email with confirmation of your order number, full name and delivery address. We can then look into this for you and get any missing items out to you as soon as possible.
The below delivery times apply to items dispatched from the Precious Little Things store. (Excluding Direct Deliveries) UK Mainland only.
- FREE Delivery on all orders over £50
- If total order value is Under £50, a standard delivery charge based on item weight will be applied.
Orders placed before 12.00 will be sent out on the same day. Any orders placed on or after 12.00 may not be dispatched until the following morning. Any orders placed on Friday after 12.00 will be dispatched Monday morning.
Please note that we are unable to process orders for delivery on weekends or public holidays.

If total order value exceeds £50, then there will be no delivery charge applied. Items ordered before 12:00 that are to be dispatched from the Precious Little things Store will be processed the same day and delivered by Royal Mail.
If the order contains items that are to be delivered directly from the manufacturer then these will be sent seperately and we aim to deliver these item(s) to you with the timescale quoted in (brackets)

Lead Times: Please note, if a multi-item order has different delivery timescales, the fulfilment time for the full order will be the longest timescale. All orders to be dispatched from our store are consolidated into one consignment before delivery to ensure the above delivery times can be adhered to.
Please fully inspect all items received and report all faults and package/product damage within 48-72 hours of receiving the items. This will allow us to resolve any issues quickly and more effectively.
Please do not use the item and where possible do not unpack and try to keep the original packing. If it's furniture , please do not attempt to build the item.

Please include a photograph or short video of this issue clearly showing the fault or damage along with confirmation of your order number, full name and delivery address.
Many of our suppliers will also need either a batch number or item number so please check for these and include this when you send through the details on email.
Once we have received all this information and a short description of the problem, we can asses the issue, offer a refund, a replacement and if necessary we will pass this onto our suppliers and raise the issue under their manufacturers warranty. They will then advise us on the outcome/solution to the issues you are having.
Here at Precious Little Things, we are constantly monitoring our prices and reviewing them to stay competitive and in-line with the costs we are charged by our suppliers.
This means that the price available on the website is the most up to date.
We are not able to change the price on any items even if the item was lower previously.
